This quote from Lord Baden-Powell, the founder of Boy Scouts is the guiding principle for the leadership team (both youth and adults) of Troop 1602. Our Troop is fairly large with 96 scouts and 36 trained adults. Policies for our Troop come from National (Irving, Texas), Council (Orange County), District (Saddleback) and our own Troop Committee.
