Troop 1602

Parents' Meeting

WHEN: 3rd Tuesday of each month

WHERE:  At Church during the normal Troop meeting

WHO ATTENDS: All parents of Troop 1602

DESCRIPTION: All Troop parents are members of the Troop Committee.  These meetings are to  discuss past events, make financial and policy decisions and listen to Eagle project proposals.

Restrictions: None.  ALL Troop parents are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

Useful information: The Troop recruits volunteers once a year when the next year's calendar is established during October. The purpose of the remaining Parents' meetings are not to ask you to do anything, merely to listen, advise and vote on issues that come up.
